• GRATUITY:  Gratuity for local guide and driver.
• BEVERAGE:  Mineral water, soft drinks, juice, beer, wine and cocktails during meals at your own expense.
• OTHER:  Does not include additional services deviating from the itinerary. 

Terms and Conditions:

• DEPOSIT:  A non-refundable DEPOSIT OF 50% of program cost per person is required payable by ~ Aug 1, 2011.
• PAYMENT: Full payment is required by ~ Aug 21, 2011.
• PAYABLE BY CHECK TO:  Asia Getaway Inc.
• PAYABLE BY Credit Card:  We accept Master Card and Visa.  3% additional charge if paid by credit card.
• TAXES & SERVICES:  All rates quoted are inclusive of the 15% tax and service charge.  We reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly if imposed by the local authority.
• TOUR ARRANGEMENT:  Above tour cost based on minimum 10 pax travel together.

Cancellation Policy 

• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• If cancellation is received BEFORE Aug 1, 2011 ~ no penalty.
• If cancellation is received between Aug 1 - Aug 21, 2011 ~ deposit to be forfeited (per person).
• If cancellation is received AFTER  Aug 21, 2011 ~ 85% of program cost (per person) to be charged.
• Cancellation on airticket subject to cancellation policy by airlines.
