Arrive in Tokyo, the capital of Japan via your flight. Under your own arrangement to the hotel. Check in. 

In the evening, join the group for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you'll have the opportunity to savor authentic Japanese cuisine and get to know your fellow travelers.

DAY 2, MONDAY, MAY 26, 2025 – TOKYO (B) 

Begin your day with a comprehensive briefing in the U.S. Embassy, gaining insights into the role of the embassy in fostering diplomatic relations between the United States and Japan. Learning about the economic ties and trade agreements between the two nations, highlighting Japan's role in the global economy. 

Next, visit the Tsukiji Fish Market to witness the bustling seafood trade and a great place for tasting the fresh sushi. In the afternoon, ascend the Tokyo Skytree for panoramic views of the cityscape. 

Continue to Asakusa to explore the historic Senso-ji Temple and immerse yourself in the vibrant shopping streets. Attend a traditional Sumo workshop.

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 3, TUESDAY, MAY 27, 2025 – TOKYO (B) 

Spend the day engaging with industry leaders during visits to various businesses, focusing on cutting-edge sectors such as Real Estate, Technology, or Media. Explore the trendy Harajuku area, known for its unique fashion and vibrant street culture. 

In the evening, experience the dynamic and bustling Shibuya Crossings, a symbol of modern Tokyo. 

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4, WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2025 – TOKYO TO KYOTO (B) 

Today, visit a cutting edge Hydrogen Power plant , followed by a tour of a prominent manufacturing company to see innovative production processes in action. 

In the afternoon, board the bullet train to Kyoto, a cultural heart of Japan. 

Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, perhaps taking a stroll through Kyoto’s historic streets.

DAY 5, THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2025 – KYOTO (B,D) 

Start your day with a visit to Kinkaku-ji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, reflecting its stunning beauty in the surrounding pond. 

Continue to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, renowned for its wooden stage offering panoramic views of Kyoto. In the afternoon, visit a local business to learn about regional commerce and industry. 

In the evening, participate in a hands-on sushi-making workshop. 

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 6, FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025 – KYOTO TO OSAKA VIA NARA (B) 

Visit a traditional industry or workshop in Kyoto.  

Travel to Nara in the afternoon to visit Todai-ji Temple, home to the Great Buddha, and interact with the deer at Nara Deer Park. Continue to Osaka, check into your hotel, and spend the evening at leisure.

DAY 7, SATURDAY, MAY 31, 2025 – OSAKA (B,D) 

In the morning, visit the World Expo to learn about the latest innovations and technologies that Japan has to offer. 

In the evening, enjoy a farewell Kaiseki dinner at a local restaurant, savoring a multi-course traditional Japanese meal. 

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 8, SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025 – DEPART OSAKA (B) 

Spend your final morning exploring Dotonbori, known for its lively atmosphere and street food, offering a memorable end to your Japanese journey.
